Our staff team is made up of professional teachers supported by a Deputy and Principal. All have a passion for children and offer strong support for our families. Many have been at Chives Montessori for over five years demonstrating commitment to the Montessori ethos.
We have very thorough and robust recruitment processes in place ensuring staff employed hold level 3 Childcare or Montessori qualifications and have experience in caring for children.
I established the school over 25 years ago as I adore children and I feel passionately about the importance of a quality Montessori education.

I am the Deputy Manager at Montessori and I have worked here for 6 years. I work across all the rooms and I enjoy seeing the children grow and develop.
I like to help and support families when needed and I enjoy maintaining positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
I am particularly confident in setting up a room to suit children’s individual interests. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family making memories.
I have been at Montessori for over three years and really enjoy working with the 2 and 3 year olds. I really like setting up new activities in the classroom and observing the children enjoy them.
I enjoy the challenge of being Red Room Leader and when not at work I really like going out with my friends and staying active.
